The warranty begins on the actual delivery date reported by the shipping carrier through Shippo. It covers manufacturing, component, and workmanship defects under normal use, subject to the existing exclusions and terms.
Confirmed covered defects are handled through return and repair. Covered warranty repairs do not receive a paid repair invoice.
Under the existing warranty terms, the customer pays inbound shipping and Pinball Replacement Boards pays to ship the repaired board back. Wrong-product or shipping errors are handled under the existing terms.
The board repair fee is a flat $50. Doug reviews the request and confirms the service before creating a PayPal invoice.
