Cancellation before shipping
An order may be cancelled for a full refund until the package is accepted by the shipping carrier. The cancellation request must be received before the carrier-acceptance scan. A full cancellation refund includes the merchandise price and shipping paid for the cancelled order.
All sales final after shipping
Once the shipping carrier accepts the package, the sale is final. Pinball Replacement Boards does not accept voluntary returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, compatibility mistakes, ordering the wrong system, installation problems, or any other non-defect reason.
Ordering and fulfillment timing
System 1 and System 2 can be ordered directly online. Completed boards in stock ship in 1–2 days. Boards that need to be built ship in 2–3 weeks after ordering. Checkout shows the ready and built-to-order quantities before payment. Payment is due in full at checkout. If any units need building, the whole order ships together in 2–3 weeks. Carrier transit time is additional. Orders are fulfilled in the order received. If Pinball Replacement Boards cannot ship within the stated time, the buyer will be offered the choice to accept a delay or cancel for a full refund.
LED bulb replacement kit compatibility
The LED bulb replacement kit may be purchased by itself for use in a machine that already has a Pinball Replacement Boards System 1 or System 2 replacement board. One kit paired with each replacement board set in the same order receives the advertised bundle price.
The kit converts the machine's remaining replaceable lamps to lower-current LEDs, reducing the load on the 18-volt supply so it can operate cooler and with less electrical stress.
The kit is not a complete conversion kit for a machine using the original factory controller board. It does not include the lamps that plug directly into the original controller board because those positions are already fitted with soldered LEDs on the Pinball Replacement Boards replacement board.
Refund processing
Approved cancellation refunds are initiated through PayPal to the original payment method within five business days. PayPal, the card issuer, or the buyer’s bank may require additional processing time before the credit appears.
90-day limited warranty
The 90-day limited warranty begins on the actual delivery date reported by the shipping carrier through Shippo and covers manufacturing, component, and workmanship defects under normal use. The warranty remedy for a confirmed covered defect is return and repair of the affected board set by Pinball Replacement Boards.
The customer must contact Pinball Replacement Boards for return authorization before sending a board. The customer pays the cost of shipping the board to Pinball Replacement Boards. Pinball Replacement Boards pays the cost of shipping the repaired board back to the customer. If a covered product cannot be repaired after a reasonable effort, Pinball Replacement Boards will provide another remedy as required by applicable law.
The warranty does not cover incorrect installation or wiring, use with an incompatible original controller board, use with an incorrect power supply, unauthorized board or firmware modifications, missing components, physical or liquid damage, abuse, voltage surges, misuse, or damage caused by another defective part in the pinball machine.
Warranty repair is not a voluntary return and does not provide a 30-day return or refund right. A wrong product or shipping error will be corrected by Pinball Replacement Boards and is not subject to the customer's inbound warranty-shipping charge.
Canadian orders
Canadian import duties, tariffs, GST/HST/PST, customs-processing charges, and carrier handling fees are paid by the recipient and are not collected or refunded by Pinball Replacement Boards.
